Update: haven't done much since the comp. A few bench sessions that were lame as fuck, one lame deadlift session, and bailed on a squat session after a few sets at 135 due to lingering knee pain.

Time to get back to it. Shoulders were sore as fuck today. (I benched on Saturday in my garage).

Rite back at it I see. I was wondering how you were feeling after pr' s in all 3 but obviously there is alot more in the tank! So now what's your goal total for sept?

I was feeling totally beat up after that meet.

Looking for a 1605 total at my next meet. August 4th in Rochester.

First Upper Back Day in a while: pulldowns, pulldowns, and more pulldowns, followed by Meadows rows to 3 plates for 5 sets then just for fun did some light (65lbs) strict barbell curls for 4 sets.

First squat session since the comp. Was like starting over.

Sleeves only; triples through 315 and a few singles at 365.

Didn't train Friday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday.

Did bench in the garage on Saturday. 100% meh.

Did squats today; triples through 365 and a few singles at 405 sleeves only. Belted single at 425. FML

Perhaps it's time to rest a bit since it seems to be like you're overtrained with the fact you're having lackluster training sessions and you sound a bit out of it at the moment.
