I am 43, and feel like my testosterone is very low. I've been working out for 4 months, and still feel sluggish. Any advice? Good over the counter, or suggestions? Thanks.

Ok, four months of training is just a drop in the bucket. Let’s look into other variables before going the supplement route.

What’s your diet like?
Are you stressed?
How’s your sleeping pattern?
Training routine?

Let’s examine these factors going further.

Ask your doc for blood work
Or
Ask for a referral to an anti aging doc

Think you got the answer to get blood work done to see what your levels look at. Post them up when you get them.
