Hello brothers in iron, I'm new to the site and would like to ask for some advice, or if someone could point me into the right direction. I'm an 28 years young Male, I've been working out since I was 17 years old, but on and off throughout the years. I want to take my fitness seriously and to the next level, my goal is to compete within a 1-2 years time and I'm in dire need of nutritional assistance since I have no clue how to count my "macros", or how much I should be eating, any help would be much appreciated to hit my goals.
