Thanks two slug, been training since about age 12, so 40 years of volume has built some density. Over the past 3 years, as I've struggled with some injuries due to the heavy weights, I've done a lot more volume training. While not growing anymore, I do feel like the volume as given my muscles are harder, denser look.

thanks Mike, coming from you, a competitive BBer at a high level, that means a lot. Us seasoned guys have to represent. At our age we need to train smart and eat smart. The training I don't mind, it's the eating that's tough for me

Thanks Mayo! Keeping the abs is always a challenge for me. I don't think that abs and bourbon go well together, and that is truly a shame!
