Glad to hear! Will we be seeing a strongman style training
log leading up to the comp?

I suppose I could. I haven't ever done a log here. I guess I should...

Last 2wks were spent redoing 2 bedrooms for the gf kids and at work 6days/wk @ 50+hrs......no weight training.

Quick day, kids have school function. Warmed up/stretched differently, used tempo, and focused on bar path. The basics work well, shoulder liked it
