Did some 'functional' leg work yesterday. Pressed for time and just needed some sweat. Workout was complete in 30 min. Did not log; below from memory:

Squats -SS- Box Jumps
135 x 10; 30" x 10

DB Goblet Squat / Sandbag Walking Lunge / Push-up w/ Cross Bag Drag

Tonight was half-ass arm night. I'm swapping circadian tonight and will begin running night shift tomorrow. I didn't want to murder arms on a sleep deficit. Did a ton of volume at light weights; no set below 20 reps.

I didnt use to do any high rep work, I noticed bpt (before pec tear) when I started my lifts skyrocketed.

Back in the patch on a multi well op that is pretty intense. Working nights. Slept like shit today.
Did shoulders.
Bunch of volume on various raises with 3 sets of heavy DB presses thrown in. Still put up 3 clean sets with 100's even though I was dead. Will try and log more accurately tomorrow.

**Plastic surgery push-ups: assume front leaning rest with medicine ball under one palm. Execute push-up explosively and roll med ball to other hand while airborne. Repeat until you eat floor.

Today was rough. Hard waking up and body aches growing daily from lack of quality sleep. Hitch is over Monday at 0600....counting down.
Did back today, not too proud of it. Worked up to 3 sets of 6 w/ 405 on deads....that was about the highlight, lol. Did other smaller volume work...joints and back not liking me today. Have to keep moving, have to drive on.
