Hello everyone my name is Evan Morice. I am 17 years old and have been training for 3 1/2 years I recently have witnessed many people my age encouraged to do steroids. (I think this is mainly influenced by social media) to look like people like David laid , jonskywalker and Dylan McKenna. There are many more of course. I myself am completely natural and yes i have honestly thought about running a cycle but there is just way too much to lose. This post is mainly for people my age who are thinking about running cycles. I’m not sure about you all but I would like to be able to get hard for the rest of my life and keep my nice skin and hair. And there is no point in doing steroids at this age. I have made more gains than I have then I have from my first few months of working out. Please re think you’re life before you dig a hole for yourself where there is no turning back. Diet in my opinion is what really increases my gains I have such a high metabolism at this age and I need to eat atleast 3500 to 4K a day to bulk up including a couple hundred grams of protein here are some progress pics. You can get big natural and your teens is the best time since you have natural steroids pumping out into your body more, now than in your entire life.

You're doing great kiddo! You have made some solid progress. Keep up the good work.

You are right. There is a lot at stake from taking steroids. It is nice to see someone like you who has researched the topic and has chosen to not follow the crowd. But I want to encourage you to be tolerant of those who do their research and make the decision to go ahead with them anyway, because they have made an informed decision that they want the gains despite the risks.

It is those who jump on the bandwagon without knowing what they are in for, who IMO do not deserve respect or sympathy when they crash and burn. . .

Learning how to train, and how to eat with stay with you the rest of your life. In addition, the discipline you learn in that area of your life translates to all the other areas as well. Set goals, put together a game plan, and execute it. No short cuts, just discipline and hard work, and you WILL make steady progress! Good work and stick with it!
