Went to a concert last night in Toronto and didn't get to bed until 2am. Somehow managed to eek out a decent bench session today.

Had an OK DL session today. Triples through 495 without a belt and a relatively easy 545 with belt. Failed on 565 due to an abdominal cramp. FML.
