Brutalized My tris/Bis the other day. 241.6 my muscles are actually lookong fuller now and starting to regain shape & size. Not sure if I've lost lard or not yet. I'm definitely feeling better. Pretty smoked from the two workouts so far this week.

Giant sets tonight
Bw squats No lockout Minimum rest through everything.
50 squats... Didnt think it was possinly but on the 46th pr 47th I pushed up so hard i fell over

Immediate twistin crunches x 20
Superman belly first just belly button on ground

25 squats, repeat abs... Started to change the squat tempo here. Went down real slow and controlled came up the same towards the end of the set

Same, just more control on squats... Wicked burn.

That what I thought, 190 felt better than 185, I actually felt like I had some extra oomph to call on to get it going. I didnt think 185 was coming back up. Later on in the workout though, I was feeling like my triceps were coming back to life. Might ne getting a taste of strength back
