Volume is good for the soul. Heavy weight is only mental to an extent; your strength is physically limited. Volume touches the psyche. It makes me ask, "Do I really hurt or am I just tired" "Am I really tapped for strength or just ready to be done". Volume puts you against the man/mind in the mirror. Good stuff.

Yea buddy! How did the belted singles feel and is 650 possible in april??? Solid session today flex. What, if anything, did you do differently today? Meal timing, later training session, good sleep?

Didn't train yesterday because my Dad was in town Thursday so we went out for dinner/drinks and shot some pool afterwards. Got to bed late so no 5am alarm or training.

Today was heavy bench. Pretty much a carbon copy of last week's heavy session. I guess I'll take it.
