Active recovery and just in time. Need a bit of a break. Of course no belt, no sleeves, no wrist wraps, nothing...

Having fun helping with SS's training. She's ungodly strong... She did OTM speed pulls with 285+70lbs chain easily.

I try to throw an occasional update here of SS. She's training for SW now. She's still dieting hard, training her ass off, and still grappling. She'll be competing at Europeans in Jan for BJJ. After it's time to kick some ass in StrongWoman.

Here's a pic she took this week while at the tanning salon...
Props, she looks amazing !! I'm sure whatever she has her eyes on she will do great at.

Oh yeah... training doesn't stop. It's keeps me sane and I'm still pushing for certain numbers even while I'm focusing on school.

Thanks. She's really busted her ass this year making serious progress in her physique and her strength.

You can tell, I bet she has made some serious gains. I applaud her dedication - you too.

She's definitely inspirational. While leaning out, she's managed to increase her strength (and she's dropped lbs while leaning out). She's dropped 20lbs and didn't lose strength. My friend (who's a well known SM) and I have been training her.

Well keep at it, whatever approaches you are taking are obviously working well.

Got sick over the Christmas holiday.... sucks but I got some much needed rest. Got in today and hit push/pull warm up day (warm ups before my attempts). Thinking of squatting tomorrow. I may just rest my hip b/c it's been a bit off the past couple of weeks. Weight is holding around 267 (holiday gain). Still not to bad. Going to add chains into more assisting lifts in the upcoming training block. Also going to stick with 3 day split since I'll be taking 4 classes this upcoming semester.

Next week, I'll test myself and see what I can do. Should be fun...

TEST WAVE
WARM UP WEEK

Comp. Bench~ 95x15, 135x10, 185x7, 235x5, 270x3, 305x1
wore my SBD elbow sleeves. no wrist wraps. 305 flew up like it should. no lift off, no spot.
Comp. Deadlift~ 135x5, 225x3, 315x3, 375x2, 435x2, 485x1
broke out belt on 435 set. 485 shot up easily.
