Today was the end of my 6 week wave of deficit pulls. Great ending.

3" Deficit Deadlifts:
155 2x5
275 1x3
385 1x2
407 1x1
451 1x1
485 1x3
501 1x1

I had at least 2 more reps in the tank. Fucking 501 from the deficit flew off the floor. A few weeks ago 540 from the floor was my max. I will hit 600-600+ at my meet in February.

Chest Supported Rows:
130 3x12

No knee wraps?
I have a pair of competition SBD completion knee wraps. They are ok. I prefer the Signature Golds, The Lilliebridge Wraps from Pioneer, and the Phantom Wraps from Pioneer. Going into the 4th week of meet prep and coach said I need to start implementing wraps in training now.

I am thinking about either competing single ply or introducing single ply briefs into training and definitely during the offseason.

I was going to ask if you're still incorporating briefs into your training. The Sig Golds are still my all time favorites. I'll probbaly pick up some SBD knee sleeves. I got the elbow sleeves and I've been very pleased with them so far.

The elbow sleeves are great. They give no assistance on the lift but they keep the elbows nice and warm. Yes I started a about a month ago incorporating my briefs into training. being that they are not tight or remotely tight I get no assistance on the squat but they are tight enough to keep my hips protected and give them a break.
