A typical low carb diet is 20-60 grams of carbohydrate per day.I have 15% body fat and I want to get to 12%. How long should I be on a carb restricted diet to reach 12%? Also, how much carb is allowed in a carb restricted diet?
My details: Age=37, Sex=M, Height=5.71, Activity level: 15-20 mins workout everyday (resistance training)
