Took a page out of your book. We'll see how well it works when I bench heavier. It did seem more stable and I got more leg drive out of it.
Glad I could help. You have helped me plenty in the gym.

So next cycle will be started 11 weeks out from my next meet. I have MENT, Test E, Test C, Test ISO, Tren E and Ace, Deca, EQ. Orals: Dbol, Drol, Halo, Var, Cheque Drops.
Injectable pre workout: Test and Tren Suspension, Test and Tren no Ester in oil. Mtren 5mg/ml

I am open to suggestions for this next cycle. Given what I have on hand.

Holy crap: that's one heck of a cycle franchise! JK . . .

My coach advocates less is more. He says a person doesn't need more than 500 mg/w with test or tren as the excess does not improve results by much and the more you use the greater the side effects.... also he says me he agrees with proper use of orals in addition to injectables.

That approach will probably allow you to stay healthier, longer. Since learning so much about the human body, I wonder about the impact on the endo system long term with heavier cycles.

I agree with this as well.

Thank you. And thanks for following along

I am sure huge cycles have a tremendous negative impact on the endo system.

Nice session franchise! You will own that 540!!!
Thank you. I will have 600 by end of the year. If not I will have by my next meet. Shooting for 700 by end of 2018. Giving myself at the most 5 years to get to my goals. Anything less is a bonus.

I have taken the last two squat sessions off. Trying to give my hips a break. I will be back at squatting this week. Found a new PT that does cupping, cryotherapy, thermotherapy, has a theragun for soft tissue manipulation and provides chiropractic work. First session was yesterday and my hips feel so much better. She worked my IT bands, hip flexors, and my erectors. I feel great!!!
