Hell yea! Monster Status. Love your title! I knew a few strongman athletes back when I lived in Hawaii. Not sure if any of these ring a bell to you. Joe Onosai, also played for the Cowboys. Curtis Lefler, former bb'ing as well but has since passed on. Odd Haugen. I haven't followed him much recently but I think he has a few shows in Chicago, Florida, Cali. Always enjoyed attending these comps. Super inspiring and motivating. Best of luck!

Thanks FD.

Folks don't be fooled by my lack of posts. I am training harder than ever and making good gains. Right now I am cutting to see how lean I can get by January, my goal being 200 lbs and 10% bf or less. Then I'm going to double down to see if I can get to 5% bf by summer, taking off 1 to 1.5 lbs per week. The long term goal is to keep my bf under 10% from now on, then to get as strong and huge as I can over the next 5 to 10 years while staying injury free.

tweaked my right shoulder (the one I strained a year ago at a PL meet) Saturday doing vipers with 220 log. After spending several days working to regain mobility and reduce swelling, I trained shoulders today for a halfway decent training session.

My shoulder was pretty sore after but now, about 14 hours later, it is definitely feeling a lot better. Hopefully this won't slow me down much as I train for my next strongman meet in January.
