I only care about people's responses if they have a somwhat decent physique but for all u people with no pictures your probably fat and were never made for bodybuilding in the first place who knows mabye math is ur thing but definitely not bodybuilding just my opinion peace

Forearms are 15.5", upper arm is 19"

Quads are 28" and calves are 19" as well. I have to roll my socks down because they won't fit over my claves. LOL.
