I hate fat!! America is nothing but a bunch of fat slobs at this point!!!
The guy that works for me, says I hate fat people. That's not true, I just hate their ways.

Ps I should say, I'm not sure if I have ever been under 10%.

In terms of OTC supplements here in NZ, one of the better ones seems to be Svetol which is derived from green coffee beans.

Yeah phentermine, which is Adipex, is very effective but it is a related to amphetamines and will definitely give you ED with extended use.

I lost all kinds of weight with this, but.........................the ED effects killed me as well as getting up to piss every hour all night. Wasn't worth it.

If you take your phen early in the day...say 6a.m.(ish)...the effects are gone by "BONER TIME" say 9p.m.(ish).

...I'll add I'm 47 with a 6yr old, so sex is rarely impulsive (except with myself lol). So if you're 6hrs into a Phentermine, a "semi" is a distinct possibility.
