What are a few good movements to develop the inner and outer neck muscles or tie ins ?

My answer to everything is more deadlifts. I also do a lot of static holds. My gym actually has one of those cervical neck machines. But I'm interested in responses to this as well.

Wear a helmet of some kind for a few years. your neck will be giant. lol I have never worked my neck out, specifically, and I'm scared of those cervical neck Machines. sorry maybe someone else can help you with that.

I got my neck mass from lots of OHP'S. new trainees need not focus time and energy on neck development, unless you play football.

I have been doing a lot of deadlifting and some overhead presses for several years now and my neck has gotten much thicker from those. Recently I started doing a lot more overhead presses, so hopefully it will get even thicker -- I'm hoping my neck will be bigger around than my head eventually! Good luck and don't forget to work on shoulders and traps while you're at it . . .

I wrestle along with bridges and shrugs. With a chained head gear allows for neck training even at home.

Wrestle as a teen like I did, my shit was 17.5" when I weighed like 133lbs :)

I use a 4 way neck machine at home, followed by neck bridges on a bosu ball afterword. rt...

Neck bridges my friend... all day long. A few years of daily bridges will have you wanting to shrink it.

you have to have a strong neck before you can even begin to do bridges though. it's not a starter exercise.
