I agree fully!!! I do the Men's 1-a-day multi Gummies as they technically are absorbed far better. Most of the rest is Pixy Dust as they say. However, I do defend L-Glutamine and it's cheap. Pre-Work Out 20mg of Viagra and a Redline or some other energy drink.chicken, duck, turkey, steak, beef.
Oh, for vitamins? Men's one-a-day.
Save your money for anything else, it's all filled with filler shit.
