      Yes. I'm going to start a new training log that's called the Path to 900. Bench 200, Squat 300, Deadlift 400. And my goal will be to get that at or by an upcoming competition in the spring. My guess is that the Deadlift will come first (probably by January), so I may be going for 425ish by then.

      MF, having a hard time sleeping tonight (I'm blaming it on the 4 celebratory beers) and watched a bunch of your videos. Thanks for making them. I'll definitely be using them as a reference. You do a good job of editing them as well.

      MF, where would be a good place in the forums to post videos? Powerlifting Forum General? Techniques? or should I start a training log and post them there? I'm curious to find out if two of my deadlift PR attempts from last night would have been counted as successful lifts in a competition?
