Squats. Always has been and always will be.

Unfortunately I don't think I'll ever be able to squat again, and I feel like something is missing in my life...

Incline sit-ups swinging laterally back and forth from side to side in a semi circular motion.
Place a 25lbs plate on your chest for better results.
Best six pack exercise I’ve ever tried.
I’m 53 and my waist is only 33” and I have flat abs and prominent hip flexors and six pack on TRT.

Nautilus Pullover machine if you are lucky enough to still have access to one.

Weighted pullups/chins
Used to be my favorite exercise. I’d do 300 weighted pull-ups in an hour for my whole workout sometimes. Then I blew my bicep tendon. Not so much since then. But those were some great workouts.

Squat or deadlift. Easy. If I had to pick one, probably squats. I squat at least three times a week, sometimes four times a week. Deadlift twice a week.

If we were talking about muscle groups, favorite would be back. I don't necessarily like the movements more, but all these chicks seem to love a big, thick back. Although I do love my weighted pullups. I'm working to get it back to what it was before chemo, a biceps rupture last January, & a now twice broken left foot. Actually squatted & deadlifted last night for the first time in weeks; & felt it all through my back afterwards. Plus, a big, strong back helps the big three a ton, so I'm sure that plays into my love of back as well.

I hate benching for some reason. Just hate it. Probably because I'm not very good at it. Or at least I think I'm not very good at it. I think my numbers are fairly decent. Not awesome or anything, but respectable.

Bench, SQ, DL, OHP. I base my 4 main weekly workouts around these lifts and add accessories.
I then throw in an extra Shoulders/Misc day since I'm trying to heal them (problematic rotator tears, etc).

Pretty much anything back related. My pulling strength has always far exceeded anything else. (Pullups with 100lb plate for 17 reps, Hammer strength rows with 5 plates per side. etc) I love back work.

Weighted Dips. I've always loved the looks I get dipping with several plates hanging from a belt. Always wished I could do pullups like that but I just suck at pull ups
