I have a question on eggs.
Do you guys refrigerate your eggs? I know they are in a refrigerated section.
Reason I ask is I have friends in Cancun and they do not refrigerate their eggs there. (my mind kept thinking I was going to get sick as hell, lol)
On another note, they told me their eggs haven't gone up in price but the chicken has. Said chicken is the same price as salmon there now.

no fresh eggs out of hens nest can be left on the counter. Once the eggs are washed my understanding is the the cuticle is gone that protects them from bacteria at the shell layer.
If the eggs are unwashed the refrigeration is not required.
So eggs from the grocery or costco have already been washed so we need to refrigerate them.
