I like the Squat because it builds the whole body

Ok, I'll be the weird one and go with overhead presses. Love the way my whole upper body and lower back feel after them

Conventional Deadlift. Nothing feels as a good as picking up dead weight from the floor.

Deadlift, nothing makes my body grow like that, squat would be a very close second.

Squizzzats.......Nothing pushes my mental drive, pain tolerance and physical strength like a deep squat. Also like them because not very many people do squats....the list of excuses is endless. As for deads, I think my technique is flawed. At about 5 plates my low back starts getting unstable.....whatever tho, work in progress.

Forgot to mention additional resistance GHR's. Not high on the mass building list but sure does play a significant roll in core and Ham development, which would obviously enhance your Squats and DL's.

Bwelieve it or not, mine is heavy weighted dips. I get an excellent pump in my tris, and love seeing the look on peoples faces when I'm on the bars with heavy weights hanging from my waist.
