Breakfast today will be two 12oz New York strip steaks. So about 1,600 calories. Lunch will be 7-8 large meat balls (1 pound) 1,150 calories and a protein shake 260 cal. Supper will be a 16oz ribeye. 1,470 cal and 6 large eggs 420 cal so 4,900 Total calories for the day. Protein is in the 450g range and about 20g of carbs or less.

I forgot to add yesterday there will be no change in activity level. I'll still be doing Jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai 4 times per week and weights 3 days per week.

As long as I'm able to donate every 6 weeks and cut the TRT down a bit I should be fine but we shall see. Should also be interesting to see what happens with my weight considering I gained 15.4 pounds on a caloric deficit. Now I'm eating close to 2,000 calories per day more than I was.

I giver blood about every 6 weeks to 2 months as well. Do you get a CBC or just hematocrit test when you go? CBC is expensive even with my insurance so I do it 1X a year. Hematocrit is $11 for me. It gives a very good idea of where I am at. Just finished reading the rest of your log and am caught up now, Interesting. Keep it up bro.

I get whatever they give me so I'm assuming hematocrit test. As long as I keep it below 17.9 I feel great. Dr really wants to see it around 16ish. I donated a week ago and it was 17.7 at the time so I'm guessing I'm in the high 16s/low 17s right now.

Update:

Today's breakfast was one pound of hamburger, 6 eggs, 3 strips of bacon with pepperjack and cream cheese in the eggs. About 2,000 calories. Lunch will be 6 boiled eggs with hot sauce and a double scoop protein shake. (Iso Pure and almond milk) 680 calories. Supper is a 24oz porterhouse. 1,230 calories. 3,910 for the day not counting the butter and heavy cream in my 3 cups of coffee. Likely putting me just over 4,000 calories for the day.

Update:

7 days back on carnivore and eating as close to 5,000 calories per day as possible and my weight is now 201.6 So I've lost 13.8 pounds in one week by increasing the total daily calories by close to 2,000 per day. Bloat is way down, feeling a lot stronger, sugar cravings are still there but less than a few days ago. Mind fog is starting to let up a bit and no gas or heartburn at night.
