Another bourbon that I think is good (not fantastic, but solid) is Legent. It's relatively new, at a reasonable price point, and is a good every day bourbon, like Buffalo Trace or Knob Creek, that does the trick.

Besides, and perhaps most importantly, you can see from the website, that if you drink it, you look cool, and attractive, classy looking women want to hang out with you. Which is always a positive....

I’m gonna have to find some of this. That sounds good!

I didn't go through all 33 pages to see if this was covered but has anyone tried the non alcoholic bourbons that have came out? They're about $40 out here and I was thinking of picking one up just to pair with cigars.

I had to cut out alcohol due to some issues it was causing me. I like the taste but not the effects. I heard about the NA liquors the other day but don't know how they taste and what the comparison is like between that and the 80+ proof ones.

I'd be curious to know what a NA bourbon tastes like. How do you get the "Kentucky hug" of a good bourbon without the alcohol? I'll keep my eyes peeled for one and give it a try.

Hey LK, how was the Little Book Chapter 4? I've never heard of that before.

Good stuff @tommyguns2 , comes out once a year, usually between $90 - $110 a bottle. Chapter 6 is out this year, if you like Booker's Little Book is a must have.

Just cracked a Wild Turkey Rare Breed Barrel proof Rye. Clocks in at 112 proof. Not much rye bite at all, more like a sweet fig juice with a little burn, added a cube and the flavor opened up.

After a few drams I gotta rub the tip so the little guy comes out, but then he's good to go
Nice! I walked right into that... I'm getting a bit rusty. LOL

How you going to start practicing?

I went to a brewers Fest Saturday and let’s say out of the 50 beers I tried, this was the best one.
