How do you like those single leg presses? I’ve been wanting to add something different in on log days. That’s one thing I’ve never really tried.

i love leg days. I also like teaching the youngin (up and coming) to always hit legs. I encourage them by telling them that you can always tell which guys have the biggest legs because they are always doing them. I hit them twice a week. Separate front from backside.

When I was hitting legs twice a week, they grew a ton. I miss doing that. Once this ankle heals completely, I’d like to do that again. That’s awesome you’re showing the youngin the ropes.

on the single press, I angle my foot about 15-degrees inward. You will notice a difference in the mobility but not have it impact your knees. I sometimes do these superset with outer-quad lunge (benefits both primary and secondary muscles.

Ok thought so, so a blast not a cruise?
Hows the pip with high concentration?
yes, found out that 200 (molar) was a cruise <-- ~ a bro-mer misnomer. Although I've only split the CC, the molarity is still 400mg/mL. I do legs on Sunday and that is usually odd day pin into thigh. Never had an issue with PIP.
