OK, great. I was going to take a look at the structure of your training program (i.e., based on your 1RMs I can gain insight into the percentages you're using) and it's great that you post the actual training plan for each day that seems to be given to you as a matrix with illustrated exercise demonstrations. I'm always interested in gaining insight into training programs used by actual athletes.no i am not a bot i am real and i compete sometimes what you need
