Man I’ve really fallen off with my posting, but still eating 99% carnivore. I’ve had sushi (tolerated well), and some Girl Scout cookies (holy Jesus of bubblegut and shitcannons), but otherwise just eating a lot of red meat and eggs and butter and liver. I’ve become a pro with the liver now, and by pro I mean I only gag once or twice per feeding now. I’ve stepped up to 1/2lb every other day and I gulp it down raw (cubed) with homemade bone broth for some extra protein and collagen and myriad other beneficial things. It takes about 8min from pulling the 8oz out of the freezer to spitting the taste out of my mouth after the last gulp. The cutting it into chunks is the tricky part. I’m gonna lose a part of a finger one day if I’m not careful.

Bodyweight super steady around the 250 mark. I see 249 every other day and I keep thinking I’m on my way down to 235 or even 225, but still holding steady. Dropping the var soon so we’ll see what that does.

Did a 24hr fast yesterday, unintentionally up until the 18ish hour mark. Super busy and on the road with no good options at all. This is where @Lizard King would have trouble more often than me. Super busy lives without a doubt make this difficult, at least difficult to maintain calories and mass and have the options available.

Woke up today, tried to gorge on breakfast but my stomach felt tight and saliva dried up quick and I just didn’t want to eat anymore. Went to the local grocery store and jumped on their scale and boom. 244lbs. Like I fucking pissed out 5 stubborn pounds in a day.

In a weird way, that kind of motivated me so I bought some really good bone broth and liver and celebrated with 48oz bone broth washing down 16oz liver. First time eating(drinking) a pound of liver in one sitting. I’m full, I’ll say that. Mostly because I drank 102g of protein with it from my 48oz bone broth.

Last week of var. Also nearly out of GH but going to re-up. Don’t think I’ll ever stop at this point. Gotta get some bloodwork this month just to see where I’m at. Super curious about that, but open minded about the results. I’ve already touched on that I think. What else…I squatted 405 for some sets of 5 the other day outta nowhere. Knees didn’t like it but back and legs (and ego) did. I’ll give some update pics the second I hit 239, guaranteed.

Note* : this weight is in shoes and clothes, so true bw is somewhere around 240 already

Haha. Joke was on me. Scale was light at the grocery store for sure. 249 today on two different scales. All good. Not stressing it at all.

Went out to eat yesterday and spent $80 on two 11oz filets, the chick ate all four sides (veggies mostly) and had her own ahi tuna app as her main course (with my four sides), along with a glass of wine for her…and the filets are 8oz at best and slightly over cooked so I leave hungry and $140 lighter. Complained the whole ride home like a little sissy bitch and then woke up this morning and said fuck it, we’re going to eat like we killed a cow for $100 tonight. Didn’t even spend $75 for 25oz of filet and a 30+oz porterhouse. So basically 3 giant filets and a monster ribeye for $70.
Made the lady some rice and steamed a bag a veggies, and we ate almost all the meat. I get tired of chewing that much meat.
Bodyweight 246.8 today with clothes on, and aside from sushi a few days ago and ice cream the same night, I’ve been carnivore.
I look different, I’ll just leave it at that for now. 7 more pounds and I’ll post an update picture.

This is what 1/2lb of raw liver cubed up looks like before I chug it. Steaks and omelets are sexy but this is where the work is for me. I know I need it and I do feel the difference, but it’s the worst 10min, 3-4x week for me, lol. Still worth it.

Bw 244lbs. Been cheating too regularly with sweets but I’m done with that for a while. Still no veggies or fruits or pastas or breads. Just a little rice here and there and some ice cream and/or chocolate when I cave in.
