Is almost upon us! I take the cold approaching as a good time to tell my family to put a blanket and a sweatshirt on while I walk around in shorts and a beater :)

I cut pretty good last year after eating/drinking like a champ during lockdown, wonder if I can replicate the same results this year.

Who's planning on running a cycle and how long? I think I was close to 12 weeks last year, have to look back and check.

No DNP for me but i am going to do a tren ace run.

After last summer i told myself i would only run compounds that make me sweat like a pig in the winter.......hate being known as the "sweaty guy" when days are in the 90s :cool:

I've never run DNP. Never cared to. Thinking about giving it a go this winter...

I plan on running it in October to drop some weight. Right now my plan is to run 250mg crystal ED. I will run a little hot with this, but it's not ridiculous. Running 100mg powder ED is definitely better wrt the sides, but the higher dose is better when I'm trying to drop several pounds.

I’m on Deca, test anavar till January, might use some next spring but we will see

low and slow... 100-200mg/day for weeks... no impact on strength and don't feel like crap.

I've only used DNP while also cycling test and tren. Think I can do with just TRT ?

250 doesnt even affect me any more. 500 ehhh…..750 a day now makes me sweat. Body adjusted to this stuff somehow but works amazing!

That’s not the norm, and no your body doesn’t adapt to it. That bullshit and dangerous to say. DNP sides sneaks up on you at high doses 500+ it’ll slam you hard. You’ll feel fine one day, and then the next you’ll feel like you were hit by a truck.

Personally, 200mg per day ran for a month was excellent. I maintained a low carb diet, had good energy, felt well, and my strength didn’t plummet. Fatloss was great. As Myo said, keep it low and slow.

Haven’t done DNP since 2004, the more carbs I ate the sweatier I got! Went to California June 2003 and fucking regretted it after getting off the plane!.
