Brother, I like staying somewhat lean but that's damn near stage ready. Everyone is different with their diet and body but low carbs is not for me. Even at 100g of good quality carbs, I'm bat shit crazy. One thing that is not different from person to person is, to get where your at, it takes some serious dedication.

You should be very proud of your work!

Hey TB, what's your workout plan look like?

Hey DD,

I’d say for at least the last 4 years in particular, I’ve gone completely intuitive. I hold to no particular pattern other than consistent training of some sort. Generally 7 days a week I’m getting in some work one way or the other — even if it’s just a 30min mellow steady state treadmill or a walk.
But so far as actual training, I do all the bread and butter BB’ing movements and tend to alternate week to week / moderate and light intensity. I rarely do heavy lifting anymore, don’t want to risk anymore injuries.
I switch up basic lifting days with other days being more of a circuit style and or “crossfit-ish.”

Thank you Bro,
I thrive on the discipline. I get so much more than just development of the body from it.

I would like to say you look outstanding but I can’t tell much from those pictures. They look like a glamour shot. Surely this day and age you would have some normal photos?

Thanks Raj,
I do of course, but those aren’t as post worthy / impactful, just plain and blah.

Maintaining that low level of body fat for years on end is nothing shy of incredible. That is really impressive!!

Adding a few to the thread here that I had posted elsewhere in a nutrition thread.
Again, for the “why are your legs so small?” and other critics; I’M NOT A BB’ER. I used to be but for many years now switched to athletic focused conditioning, functionality, durability and overall longevity health. I’m functionally athletic — not a bulk/mass building bb’er. I’m 6’2+ and stay an avg 215lbs. Used to be 275lbs when training for bbing goals. And keep in mind, I’m 54 yrs old. I maintain single digit bf% year round.A854C796-3031-4B5A-8E51-A4D230C10215.jpegD40ECD4B-BA69-45CE-8A0C-907A2E55F251.jpeg861272C4-1233-4130-8650-DAD1999EC9A7.jpeg8D891E55-D62E-487B-B4DA-C5ABD5483D04.jpeg
