Are these just complete pieces of crap or actually decent for the price. Not for heavy work, but looking to add something for some light arms and legs outside of free weights.

Weider XRS 20

Golds XRS 20

It looks like the Gold's and Weider are the same bench.

For the price and for what you are looking for the quality is probably going to be similar across the board

Welp, so much for the Gold's bench, order was just canceled due to being back ordered.

Overall- Marcy: I like that it looks like it has a better pin selection for safety if you get stuck (of course, NEVER put collars on if you're benching so you can lean the bar and let them slide off). You can squat with it if you have the space to come from behind. Con: Bench is attached. Might be hard if you do dumbbell presses.... might have to scooch your butt toward the leg extension a bit.

Weider- I don't mind Weider for really basic things, but it looks a little "chincy"... Pro is the bench is moveable though and you can squat with it from the front.

Space available and if you don't need to move bench out for auxiliaries- Marcy: safety and stability
