How you prefer doing dead’s for strength

When trying to up your max.. do you like doing heavy triples.. sets of 5.. how many sets how much you increase? Or basically what program you like?

If you're wanting to increase your max, I would suggest speed work, max effort work (singles, doubles, triples, and overload work (reverse band OR chain work).

Thanks for the feedback. Gotta meet in a few months hope to pull little over 700. Been fun chasing it.

When you pull have someone give you the commands, meaning the start command and the down command. You need to make sure you lift without hitching the bar, without putting it down to quick, and of course, finishing it and not having a soft lockout so get those hips through and finish without any knee bend.

Well last weekend I pulled 635x5 and then 675 for a single. 675 is highest I’ve went so far. Body weight is right over 220

Damn! Those are some nice numbers, bud. How old are you?
