Hi,
I have observed I am losing 1-3 hairs daily is it normal or is a sign of baldness?? should I go for a doctor or just try natural shampoos to treat hair fall problems?

Are you getting a bald spot that is noticeable?

@Jin colors his head in with a Sharpie.

I think it's normal to lose hair in amounts greater than what you specify. I don't believe that's indicative of any appreciable hair loss. My wife loses tons of hair on a daily basis, and has been doing so for years, and her hair doesn't appear to be thinning.

I think a visual inspection of whether you're thinning on top is a much better indication than noticing a few hairs coming out each day.

You should panic.

He absolutely should panic. I only lost one hair a week and within two months I was completely bald. You should definitely get to Mayo Clinic ASAP. If only I had followed Jin's advice when there was still time, my board name would still be Goldilocks....

Are these hairs on your head or somewhere else?

When I unclog the shower its the girlfriends hair all balled up in the pipe, yet I'm the balding one? I don't think my hair falls out, it just ascends to a higher state.

I have been using this regimen for a while now and it has helped a lot with preventing hair loss.

3x1000mg pumpkin seed oil
4x450 saw palmetto
Nizoral 1% shampoo
Minox 5%

Obviously the minox is strong on its own but the rest also act as blocking agents. Sorry don’t have before and after pics
