What do you think about my diet? Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you
cycle to gym 5 miles work out leave about 9 cycle home gues what 5 miles
tuna mayo with onions and couple rivita and half pint ss milk with protein suup in.
advice on changes would be good have now dropped to below 190lb but if i dont mind saying so pretty ripped.
- Breakfast 5 eggs, bowl porridge pint ss milk
- 10 o clock tuna mayo (light choice) wholeweat pasta and salad
- lunch 3 chicken breasts light sweet and sour sauce half pack noodles
- 3 oclock 2 cooked and cooled 100% angus burgers ( i struggle with these)
- half five ten fish fingers bowl porridge pint ss milk
- After holyoaks lol
