Got in and got out. Not a bad day. I was going to lift early this morning but discovered that it would have taken me over an hour (w/o traffic I get there in 25min) to get to the gym so I stayed home and studied for an hour and then left. Looks like I'll be getting up early, studying and then going to lift.

I need to post all my prehab/rehab movements in here, lol... I'll keep expanding on all of this. Didn't know ya'll were interested in seeing these things.

Would love to read as much rehab exercises as you have. Going in this afternoon for my left arm rotator cuff surgery, then February I have to do my right one. Already been trying some of your techniques!

I'll add more and more in here. Hopefully, it'll help everyone and also be a good way to keep it all in one place.

If anyone is wondering... what the hell is a snatch pull, here's a video:

The snatch pull is an Olympic assisting lift. It's a variation of the classical lift, the snatch. This lift will work on speed, coordination, timing, etc... I highly recommend performing the Oly assisting lifts in your training if you're looking to become faster.

Good to see you back after injury, always enjoy checking in on your log as I can't relate to the numbers you lift at all. Keep at it BI, hope your weekend has been a good one.

Thanks. Yeah, the injury kept me out of the gym for the most part from Jan till May. Time to stop chasing the biggest numbers and instead chase being as well rounded as possible.

Weekend wasn't to bad. Just more of the same; studying, working, and training. Can't complain though.

Thanks. Yeah, with the help of a friend I've come to the realization that it's tine to switch gears... at least for the time being. I'm having a blast with this new endeavor which is reminiscent of my past.
