Everyone wants to fix the ACA, but no one wants to fix the real issue of the contracts and billing between MD's, hospitals, and insurance companies. If we had a good President, which Trump is far from, s/he would fix that and lower insurance costs would follow suit.

No the real issue is the government shouldn't have its slimy hands anywhere near healthcare. Stick to enforcing the law and international diplomacy.

This was an ACA plan administered by Northwell, they are not pulling out of accepting all ACA plans, they are just not going to admin their own any longer.
ACA plans are shittier than Medicaid, at least Medicaid pays you, you know the rules and what you are getting/not getting paid for.

The government does need some involvement with healthcare, otherwise there would be no regulations such as licensing and medication testing.

And that's how the ungodly huge bureaucracy and unelected turds making life-decisions for us starts...

If a doctor sux word gets around pretty fast. And there are lots of licensed doctors that are butchers. Professional licensing is primarily for creating a barrier to entry.

There is more and more legislation to bypass medical testing and deregulate a system that can't keep up with the rate of technological advances. People are dying BECAUSE of regulations.

The US federal government wasn't given the mandate to handle this stuff. The Progressives seized it because that's what tyrants do. Its best handled extra-governmentally.

It also says nothing about running the air space. What do you think will happen if these tools privatize the governing of our airspace and take it out of the hands of the FAA?

I'm sure there are some amendments to what you posted.

There has been governments and healthcare for thousands and thousands of years. Very intelligent people have written scrolls and codexes and books on government and why it exists and what it should do.

But I guess you are smarter than everyone else. You and Bernie Sanders. o_O

Also, its not about health insurance as soon as you add in "pre-existing conditions". Insuring against a pre-existing condition is like betting on last nights ball game.

The framers of the Constitution and the people the created the United States put a chapter in to form the federal government to: 1) perform diplomacy (and war) with other nations, and 2) regulate interstate commerce.

That's it.
