Been away from the boards and this lifestyle for 3-4 years now. Going to make an effort to participate again.

I had misguided goals with work and worked 2 jobs back to back every day. not much time for life. Went back to one job in January, hired a life coach and got myself on the right track. I have been reborn and am a completely different person now. The old goldy is dead...

My current battle with diet is pure BB style going for gains or low carb and intermittent fasting to focus on mental clarity....
