Pretty close to my goal for summer. Wanted just 1% more, but I might settle for this as it's still a comfortable calorie intake to maintain this.

6'2" at 209lbs. Still working on bringing up legs from my nasty knee injuries and surgery.

Have you tried a wide stance box squat for legs? Will take a lot of pressure off the knees. Might help get things moving again.

Looking good. I would def hit.

The things that I have found so far that I can do without terrible pain are squats using a weight belt, wall sits, light lunges, and one specific leg press machine at my gym. Squatting with a bar on my shoulders redirects the resistance on my knees in a way that hurts.

That blows... the belt squats though should be a good sub. We have the belt squat machine at my gym and it's a great tool. Good to just beat up the legs for volume. We will also use it with almost no weight to flush out the legs for recovery. It also decompresses the low back every rep.
