6 plate squat 9 days out

Competing next weekend and it's been a brutal 5 months of training after almost 4 months off due to injury.

Forced myself to squat 6 plates today. A bit shaky as I hit the rack on my walkout due to the bar bending, but depth looked solid to me.

Pretty distracting place for a squat rack, I thought people were walking into the mirror.

Great squat though.

That gym layout is not the best and as you can see the janitor loves to plug in the vacuum behind my rack.

The owners are moving the gym to a new building across the street this summer and supposedly they have a better plan for the layout. I look forward to it.
