In your opinion what is the best appetite suppressant?

What is this neuvigil? A friend was prescribed it for sleep issues. They said it feels like a stim. Read some on it but seems like I'm hearing about it more lately.

Just started phentermine last week. I will agree with many of the posters in regards to appetite. You do have to remind yourself to eat. Since this is the case, I imagine when you do eat, its important to eat clean. I also love to cook and eat and so far so good.

Yep. But its not hard to get at all. We have so called "weight loss" clinics on every corner here. You walk in, fill out some papers, they check your BP and the "Dr." gives you a 45 second run down about a low carb diet and you pay $19 and walk out with 30 tabs.
