So, I'm 21 years old and yesterday I was diagnosed with a mild Mitral valve insufficiency, my question is, I can never take clembuterol again, right? And what about AAS, such as winstrol, primobolan etc, no impact on the heart?

Certain AAS will have an impact on your blood which could be an issue for you since your valve isn't closing tight enough to stop a back flow from taking place.

Impolietik I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis, I'm not a cardiologist (and would be surprised if there are any cardiologist on here) so I would be careful who you that advice from. I actually do have a background in health science, any substance which causes fluid retention definitely stay away from, anything that increases bloodpressure or heart rate (clen) if avoid. I'd advice you to seek medical advice but I'm pretty sure they'd say "steroids are bad, just say no", it may be true in your case but it may not be, most doctors say that about steroids no matter what. Maybe find an online dr who's a bit more understanding and can give unbiased advice. Health is number one, don't take any risks, good luck. There's also Sarms which might not be so problematic (don't know for sure)

Thank you for your advice. Started a primobolan cycle last week, 75mg, keeping an eye on my blood pressure everyday. It's a very small insufficiency, though, I'll never touch clen again, not worth it since I'm 21. Also doing echos from 6 to 6 months to see if the valve gets any different. Thank you, again.

I have a heart valve issue too. It started bothering me in my 30s and now I am in my 50s. I don't take anything for it as it only bothers me when I am dehydrated or am not getting enough minerals (CMPK). It also gives me a lot of grief when I am super stressed out, which thankfully isn't very often! I've done two Primo cycles and now am on a NPP cycle. I take really strong fish oil capsules every day which also seems to help (my heart gives me more trouble when i forget to take them). I'm trying to avoid any kind of Rx meds as long as I can.

I'll chime in. I have a leaky aortic valve they discovered when I was 41. No symptoms. No medication but I am aware of it which makes me Leary of albuterol or clen.
