Thanks @5.0 I was amped. 465 before that didn't have a sticking point so I came into it feeling very confident.
It's taken me awhile to get to this weight again as I've been training so many different kinds of squat variations with
conjugate.

@BrotherIron It's legit but CrossFit prices. $149/month for unlimited. Can do your own programming whenever 6a-8p Monday-Sunday
DBs go up to 120 (rubber hex rogue ones). KBs go up to 124. If a crossfit class isn't going on in the other area, you can put it on any station
or song you want to hear and as loud as you want from 1-4p. They provide chalk and tape as well. Stop by if you're ever vacationing in Oregon haha
