I know ha I used a lot of back there. Reverse hypers and weighted back extensions 2-3x/week.

I have 3 herniated disks so if I pull anything more than 185 I'll have sciatica for days. It sucks so stay injury free.

You should give reverse hypers a try. I'd wager they'll help your back.

Is that like the Roman chair facing down? I do need to make that part of my routine.

It looks like a narrow table with a swing arm attached to it. Your upper body does no moving. There is a loop that you attach to your ankles and then raise the arm upwards. It decompresses the spine while working the hams, glutes, hips, etc...

Reverse hypers are a life saver. I also march on a belt squat machine 6x a week. @prime
