Been supplementng with it for a-while, thing i've noticed is a bit more energy in the gym lately. (I think it's the Vit D lol).
Same here its been about 6 months for me. But holy fuck at you guys taking 5000 IU! My doctor recommended I take 1000IU as a Maximum and showed me some recent studies regarding it at that dose. You guys have any more information regarding doses that high? Any added benefit?
