Discharged last night at 11pm. Sent home with a Foley/ Leg bag for the urine...and removed at 130pm today. Urologist noted thickening of the bladder neck, biopsies of the bladder and muscle below were taken. Pathology results in 5 to 7 days.

Prostate enlarged and will be treated as well.

Cialis 5mg sample pack given. he asked how were my erections I told him not as solid steel as before, but I can still get the job done. so he suggested take 10mg 2hrs prior and let him know what happens.

Pathological Results:

- Benign Urothelial Mucosa showing Chronic Cystitis with Brunn's Nests
- Muscle Tissue present without Tumor
- Prior voided urine findings were noted, the current TUR specimen has been studied with deeper levels and shows no carcinoma

So long story made shorter, my Urologist wants to repeat urine cytology in 7 to 8 weeks. The bladder tissue and muscle biopsies showed nothing. He stated the cells came from somewhere and there are cases where cells can be released from injuried/ inflamed/infected bladders esp w/ Brunn's Nests.
