Just to be clear....this allows you to get ketones in your blood available for energy.....but it does not put you in "ketosis" (The part where your body is producing it's own and fat is being lost in the process).
Am I just to understand this is an energy supplement?. If so, I have always found it takes as much as a few months for your body to "get used" to the ketogenic process. Brain fog is especially common. I would be curious to see how the body handles this energy source when there is plenty of glucose floating around..... Interesting.
Just listing to some of this.....I am skeptical at best. Statements like "preferred energy source for your brain". Actually your brain cant use ketones. (at least as I know it) It generates glucose by gluconeogenesis. It is how the brain can function during "real" ketosis.
I have spent over 2 years of my life on ketogenic diets and am fairly familiar with the process.
It's amazing, I know.
This is a better fuel than glucose. It's a better energy which in turn makes your body work better on a cellular level.
The brain actually prefers ketones. It's scientifically sound there is really no debate.
They are finding that is reversing Azlheimers and resoring cognitive function.

Here is just a little bit of science you can read about how beneficial ketones are on the brain:

The science is sound guys, the stuff is amazing!!
And it costs $4 and change per serving. I take 1 serving per day! 1/2 serving in the morning and 1/2 serving around 2PM.
My starbucks used to cost$3-4
my sugar free monsters were $3 a pop
my preworkout was $2-3 a serving
shoot...a bottle of water costs $2!
You can try it out with 3 servings for $14.99. Get really crazy and try a month for $144 (30 servings). There is a money back guarantee.
There is so many facets to this new product, it's hard to touch on them all.
But the cardio aspect is amazing!
Ketones produce 35% more cellular energy then glucose!
You don't crave carbs.
The focus
The energy
The good moods
The fat loss
The neuroprotective qualities
It's amazing! Worth a try! I am glad I did!
