I think some missed where a licensed Physician, a 'real Doc' determined it was gyno.

If it's not painful or bothering go the diet route and leave the serms alone. Drop some weight start sculpting the shoulders, chest and back, it won't be as noticable.. Stop focusing on it, it'll just make you more self conscience...

Listen to your real 'Doc' .. he didn't just sleep at a Comfort INN last nite, he got a degree

Will try the diet route first, then ask the doctor to do a proper examination. Last time he just had a quick glance at it, I know Im pretty fat right now so hopefully it is just fat >>

Do doctors not know about serms? I asked him twice if surgery was the only option and he's like yup thats it.

I had a bad gyno flair up for years. I had lumps, soreness and pain when I'd lay on my chest. I used letro with success. However, certain orals especially dbol make it flair up like a mofo. So, I have to make sure I take a good amount of AI while using dbol. I can still feel some small lumps, but it's not noticeable unless I'm taking a strong oral. Also there is noway that doc can diagnose gyno without touching your tits.

Ignore this one, that's just her negotiating for 1st date guidelines . . .

what about the oft-discussed Letro? NOT arguing, just keeping the discussion going . . . .

All my mindless drivel in bold, above.

letro works, just not as effectively as a SERM does. You'll probably crush your E2 in the process making you an unhappy camper but not everyone experiences that.

Some do some don't....know about SERMs that is. It's up to the doctor him/her self to stay up to date in the field. If your doctor isn't an endo, uro, or deals with gyno frequently he may not know about SERM treatment. There's plenty of literature you can take with you and show him to avoid surgery if that's not the route you want to go down.

This is is all assuming it is gyno. It may not be.

The science of medicine is very broad. Especially so in context to a general practitioner. Not every doctor will know everything. This is why we have specialists and second opinions. Just because one doctor says it, doesn't make it so. The doc didn't even give you a proper exam.

Well if he diagnosed you with gyno and didn't feel you up , yea get a 2nd opinion. I really don't see a need for serms if you're not running supps. I know the internet doc's all have degree's from The U of Brofessorship but if it were me I would go the diet \ train route for a good SOLID 6 months then re-evaluate your chest. Try like I said , go to the mirror, stand sideways lift both arms straight up and get a look at yourself from that angle.
If you haven't run supps it may be genetic, it could just be too much body fat , hi estro levels can come with high fat . Introducing serms would be my very last action, doesn't make sense to me in your case
Don't sweat it til you get 6 months solid training\diet under your belt Rampage

Your doc would be a complete idiot, GP or Specialist if he didn't know of Nolva, Letro Adex etc...These are used widely in breast cancer treatment.

I don't think it's gyno or from weed use. I certainly wouldn't stop weed from this docs recommendation. You just need to go on a cutter. Active gyno can be painful and usually has a lump or lumps which are really sensitive to pressure. I had it going thru puberty but didn't know what it was.
