I'm in my 3rd week of test e (400mg) and last week I felt a little lift in stregth but today it went through the roof. I thought I'd start with some DB Incline Flyes, rack run style...
DB Incline Flyes (Rack Run)
30, 35, 40, 45 x 12 warmup sets
50 x 12
55 x 12
60 x 12
65 x 12
70 x 12
75 x 12
80 x 12
85 x 12
90 x 12
100 x 8
90 x 12
85 x 10
75 x 12
65 x 18
--Rest was limited to switching out the bells
BB Flat Bench
205 x 8
255 x 8

--After all the flyes these shocked me
Cypex Seated Chest Press
330 x 15 (pinned a quarter onto the stack)
320 x 9
300 x 8
Cable Crossovers
90 x 15
90 x 12
90 x 10
This was at noon... took about 65 minutes... and just to top things off I went back tonight and hit the biceps for 12 sets. .
I'm looking forward to the rest of the week
