I don't know how most of you all are but I love to Grill/smoke a lot. I have been trying for the last month to come up with a healthy version of BBQ pork and I think I have it and I'm gonna share it with yall to try.

Marinade for Pork tenderloin
(Two pork tenderloins about 3 to 4lbs total.)
Marinade for 3 hours in plastic bag or glass dish covered.

- 1 Cup extra virgin oil
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 Lemon juice
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp of minced garlic
- Bunch of rosemary
- Bunch of thyme
- 3 tsp of sorghum syrup
- Black pepper to taste ( I pinch a lot of on there)

Basting
- apple cider vinegar
- 2 or 3 tsp of sorghum syrup

I smoked the meat for 4 hours at 225 - 240. My temps are not that consistent because of my fire box not being sealed tight enough.
I pulled the meat off at 135 and wrapped them in aluminum foil for 30 mins to to finish.

I found some BBQ sauce that is sugar free called "G Hughes smokehouse sugar free BBQ sauce Gluten free Hickory flavor". Walmart is were i found this. 10 Cal, 190mg of sodium per 2Tbsp.

Served on a whole wheat bun and salad.

Hope y'all enjoy this.
