I tried this and it was great.

Boneless/skinless Chicken breast
Brown Spicy Mustard (smother chicken breast)
Throw on the grill in Indirect heat (charcoal; put apple wood chips on charcoal)
Cook for about 45 to an hour until internal temp is 165.

You can soak your wood chips or not, but if not you'll want to keep your water spray bottle handy.

Gas grill; soak chips and put into a homemade Formed aluminum foil bowl. Put over burner. You may have to spray with water bottle as well with this to keep from fire starting and keep smoke going.

As kids it was our chore to set the table, clear the table, and shovel the deck for the grill! I use the foreman in the winter now, lol

DITTO!

I never knew there were red and white hot dogs till I was about 12, I thought "black" was the only kind!

HAHAHA same here. Dad ALWAYS used kraft BBQ sauce, lol. It was cheap but gosh it was so good. I could like 10 of those things as a kid
